Our vetting procedures are thorough and systematic. All applicants are screened to BS 7858:2006 concerning all aspects of their past history for a period of 5 years and are required to obtain a Security Industry Authority License. Our vetting is at this time undertaken by RST Limited who are based in London. Our staff are required to undertake a College based literacy test to ensure that they are all well spoken, literate as required to match our very high standards for loyalty, tact adaptability, common sense, politeness, impartiality, and physical fitness. The following criteria are always checked:
• Health
• Personal Documents e.g. Service Discharge Papers, Passport
• Full details of employment for the previous five years, where
applicable
• All periods of unemployment
• Credit Reference Check
References are all followed up and assessed objectively. They must include personal contacts of long standing.
